This is for the DIY bride who has already planned her wedding and everything is set to go! Your friends and family will probably be glad to help you setup and teardown, but why should they? We’ve seen family members actually MISS THE WEDDING just to make sure the centerpieces were set up! Let us help you implement the plan you have spent so much time preparing! There will always be something that you need! Let us handle it for you. Maybe everyone is dressed and you just need a pack of gum. Maybe you want a couple quick things posted to your Instagram story throughout the night. Let that instant glass of champagne find your hand whenever you reach for it! With this package we can provide:
- Basic set up and clean up for reception
- It would be our pleasure to assist with any need throughout the time of your wedding

Full Day of Coordination
Starting at $1600
With this package, we will assist and be alongside you every step of the way! This package will be for the brides who are ready for extra help during the planning process. We will begin to coordinate all final details (4 weeks out) and manage everything the day of!
PRE-WEDDING
- Two, pre-wedding consultations
- Assisting vendor selection (if needed)
- One, site visit to ensure familiarity before the big day!
- Unlimited client support via phone and email for 4 weeks prior to wedding
- Point of contact for all wedding vendors 4 weeks prior to wedding
- Present for rehearsal and will direct rehearsal
- Creation of wedding timeline
- Communicate to vendors the times they will be arriving
WEDDING DAY
- Will be present for vendor load-in, and directing all wedding day vendors upon arrival
- Overseeing pre-ceremony preparations and photography
- Executing the timeline and making adjustments as needed
- Ceremony and reception direction
- Serving as a “personal assistant” to the couple throughout the night ( you need it, I will provide)
- Basic set up and tear down.
- Vendor point-of-contact throughout the evening
- Emergency kit! (hairspray, snacks, Advil, lint brush, lip stick, etc…)
POST- WEDDING
- Oversee, and assist in event tear down.
- Ensuring the return of all rental/personal items.
